The room is very small, not the same room that I choose when I booked online

The grounds were very clean, well kept, and as described.

The beds were not very comfortable and they were squeaky.

The location is excellent, and you can walk the entire old city from this place. The three ladies at the front-desk were super nice and helpful. There is a very nice - but very small - pool on the terrace (the terrace itself is very nice) but we couldn't take advantage of it because of the activites we undertook. If we return, we would definitely use the terrace and pool. The bathroom is renovated and nice.

A few things: the room felt cramped for four adults - it would have been better as a room with just one bed (for two adults). The room service left a lot to be desired - never quite getting things right (missing towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) But as stated before, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful in getting things take care of. The room being interior is very dark and the lights were not bright enough. The bed (mattress) was very uncomfortable. If the management can make one improvement, I would suggest getting a better bed and mattress and converting this into a room for only two people.

Me encantó la localización, el personal y el que mantuvieran tantos muebles antiguos.

Lo que no me gustó fué que no tenía cafetera.

La amabilidad de la chica de recepción , de 100 no de 10 , sin ningún problema con el español , te sientes como en casa , no pudimos quedarnos a desayunar por madrugar en exceso por cuestión de vuelos , vimos la piscina de noche y lloviendo asi que no podemos juzgar pero tenía muy buena pinta tanto la piscina como la terraza . Nos solicitaron un taxi al aeropuerto para las 3,30 de la madrugada con un trato exquisito cosa que hay que agradecer .

En nuestro caso teníamos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones que está situado en la parte inferior de la entrada con un acceso complicado y poco iluminado para bajar y subir con maletas , pero lo sabíamos de antemano así que nada que objetar , las fotos no engañan son reales , hay otras habitaciones sin esos obstáculos que imagino serán algo más caras y como es una casa antigua pero renovada pues estas cosas son inevitables , aun así nos gustó la casa y su ambiente .
