Pour avoir fréquenté cet hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'années, les prestations sont en diminution. Rien à dire sur les chambres, toujours très confortables. Mais le Celik Palas est vieillissant. Et ne correspond pas toujours aux annonces faites par l'établissement. Concernant le hammam nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le fréquenter, faute de temps. Pour aller dans Bursa le taxi est la meilleure solution. La réception l'appelle sur demande.

Le repas du soir ! Annoncé à 19h30, en arrivant à 19h45 la salle est quasi déserte ! Le dîner commence en fait à 19h00... L'hôtel annonce un service " à la carte ". Faux. Il s'agit de buffets. Si les entrées se dégustent froides, les plats chauds (peut-être chauds à 19h00) sont froids ou tièdes à 19h45 ! Nous avions le souvenir d'un service à la carte, sur la terrasse. C'était très agréable. Mais c'était il y a 20 ans ! Nous n'avons fait au Celik qu'un seul repas du soir. Les autres se sont passés dans Bursa.
