Konum temizlik konfor çok rahat ettik

Hamam war sehr gut, kann man jedem empfehlen.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war katastrophal, und auch der sonstige Kaffee, den man gekauft hat, war nicht besonders gut. Die Bedienung hat zu lange gebraucht, um die Bestellungen zu bringen, Durchschnittszeit 15 Minuten.

Chambre agréable, balcon spacieux avec vue magnifique sur Bursa. Piscine avec vue sur la ville au 1er étage. Petit déjeuner très varié.

I chose it for my business trip to Bursa, but I would not recommend it. It is not a spa hotel at all. The thermal pool water temperature was 50 degrees, you can never get in, the water was boiling, the system was broken. I could not use it because it was broken, and the water in the Turkish bath was cold. They were not getting hot either. I came to my room and waited for about an hour for the water in my room to get hot. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Le petit déjeuner, la chambre spacieuse, propre, avec gateaux de bienvenue.

Avant le nettoyage de la piscine était vraiment très trouble. Après le nettoyage l'eau était propre. Le personnel pourrait faire un effort lors de notre accueil. Le sauna, et les autres services proposés sont sympas.
