The spa was good and the balcony was spacious

The staff, particularly the restaurant staff, seemed disengaged from their job. It took ages to be served, and when we finally were served, three waiters came along at once. We were the only people in the dining room. Nobody checked on us when our food finally arrived. Had they done so, they would have realized that our drink order had not arrived. Three of the four of us thought our food very poor (with the fourth saying the food was good). Breakfast buffet the next morning was equally haphazard. While there was a good choice, it didn’t include staples like milk. We asked three staff members if they could find milk (more in hope than expectation). It never was brought out. The hotel obviously used to be a great hotel. However, years of neglect are showing pretty much wherever you look. Carpets, walls etc. the WiFi was sporadic and poor when it did work. One positive. The check out person did ask how our stay had been.

Pool only available one day out of three Spa wasn’t working at all If you want drink by the pool there’s no open bar, this is in summer too Serious wasn’t the best for 5 star or even Less

Hotel che mostra i suoi anni specie nella camera e in particolare nel bagno ( andrebbe certamente rimodernato ) . Molto bella la zona spa. Ottima la colazione. Personale molto gentile.
