الغرف و الاسره مريحه و الثيرمال الحار و المساج وايضا اضافة طفل بدون اي رسوم طاقم متعاون و سلس في المعامله انا عميل دائم لديكم و عند نزولي الى بورصه دائما لا اتردد بالحجز لديكم

السعر فقط يجب مراعاة اوقات الحجز ووضع اسعار خاصه وقت غير المواسم بالذات في الشتاء حيث انني لم استفد من المسبح الخارجي بسبب الحاله المطرية في ايام دخولي للفندق

Pool was excellent. All spa units are clean. Service is meticulous.

Burada ikinci kalışımız. Odalar tertemiz, çalışanlar her zaman ilgili ve yardımcı. Restoran kısmı güzel, açık büfe kahvaltısı çeşitli, taze ve çok lezzetli. Termal ve spa alanını her gelişimizde kullanıyoruz; hem temiz hem de çok keyifli. Her seferinde memnun ayrılıyoruz.

Our room was spacious with a balcony, with a view of the city and partial of the mountains. The hotel has a big hammam, and a swimming pool ( outdoor) Breakfast has decent selection. You can eat inside or on the terrace. We asked for wake up call ,and a breakfast box . It was nicely presented, however it was lacking utensils

Bursa is very sprawling city, and the hotel location was more remote than we thought would be. Unfortunately even in a hotel / spa we were not able to escape smell/ stink of cigarettes. They try to accommodate us, however all of the rooms did smell with nicotine Also the bathroom stall was small.

The front desk and bellboy staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, large, and spacious. It was well-ventilated.
