"Safe and friendly"

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area at the time. It's a bit out of the way from highway 1, but it beats paying another $200 CAD for a room. We had to drive up the mountain then down to the valley to reach the guesthouse. The google map was wrong on the location of the hotel so it took me a while to find the place at 11pm at night. I had to bother someone who's watching TV to direct us to the hotel. Very friendly, I wish I know the guy's name so I can thank him. Found the hotel and saw the nice drawing note that the hotel keeper gave me with the key. We then woke up to very beautiful landscape.

Location is interesting, found the tunnel a new experience, had never been in a one-way tunnel!
