Het personeel heel vriendelijk. Locatie mooi en heerlijk ontbijt

De binnenkomst gebeurt buiten kantoortijd virtueel. Een prachtige oplossing, maar vraagt nog wat fine-tuning. Zo lagen er 5 soorten kaartjes bij elkaar, wat het voor mij heel onduidelijk maakte, welk kaartje ik langs de scanner moest halen. Graag scanner en de daarbij behorende kaartjes duidelijk en apart leggen.

"Fijn hotel, mooie plek"

Geweldige locatie. Fijne ‘huiskamer’ om te zitten en relaxen.

Er was geen receptioniste. Je moet tegen een schermpje praten. Toen het niet goed liep werd er keukenpersoneel geroepen. Zij deden het fantastisch, maar ik kreeg geen enkele instructie betreft waar is de kamer, wat zijn de faciliteiten enz. ( verwacht ik dus ook niet van hen) Maar dan mist een fysieke receptie.

Schimmel in de badkamer en raam die heel moeilijk dicht ging. Geen kantelramen.

"Keurig hotel, sanitair hier en daar gedateerd"

"Prima accommodatie, goed ontbijt, prima bedden en lekker bubbelbad"

Uitstekend ontbijt met veel keuze, veel vers fruit, vers sinaasappelsap, uitgebreid assortiment zaden, pitten, muesli enz., veel broodjes en beleg. We hebben één avond in het hotel gegeten: ook erg lekker. Hotel ligt op honderd meter van de dierentuin, ook ideaal. In de huiskamer is een tafeltennistafel en je kunt darten. Leuk om te doen.
