"Prettig verblijf, redelijk comfort"

Diner met shared dining gerechten op vrijdag 15.5 en het personeel in de bediening was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk

Inchecken verregaand onpersoonlijk via een ipad procedure aan de - onbemande - “receptie” (met opzet tussen aanhalingstekens…) en het zelf elektronisch aanmaken van een keycard via een card reader. Voelden ons bepaald niet welkom…

"Een aangenaam verblijf"

Een goed ontbijt. Al het nodige was aanwezig. Badkamer was klein maar alles aanwezig. Jammer van een loszittende wastafelkraan schimmel en niet afgewerkte kitranden. Bedden waren goed. Personeel was aardig. Airco was goed. De incheck verliep bijna vlekkeloos. Het aanmaken van een keycard lukte niet(de incheck gaf telkens een 'onbekende fout' aan), en na de hulp van 2 personeelsleden is dat uiteindelijk gelukt. De virtuele receptionist(e) was voor mij de eerste keer. 1x gebruik van gemaakt en goed geholpen(deze kon alleen in de Engelse taal hulp bieden(en verstaan), maar er was te horen dat er soms een Nederlands sprekende receptionist(e) aanwezig was.

"ramp nooit weer"

kamers naast elkaar of tenminste bij elkaar

kamers zelf hebben allemaal upgrade nodig! en er kwamen klanten binnen waardoor het hele hotel stonk. Ouder paar kwamen waarschijnlijk voor de bevrijding (elk jaar dezelfde data's (3 en 4 mei) mevrouw had een probleem maar maakte dat een probleem voor het gehele hotel was echt niet te harden geen eetlust meer etc.
