Dated and worn premises.

Fantastic staff clean hotel good cooked breakfast big room and bathroom suited us for our stay as we didnt feel like we needed to dress up!

dated evening food was edible, not great selection. Had an indian meal that was not home cooked or cooked to a take away standard. Tasted like brought out of a supermarket and heated in the kitchen. Very bland. The bathroom and bedroom needed repairs. Below a 3 star due to repairs needed in room 25 Very very very poor water pressure in the shower over the bath.

Easy parking. Friendly service.

Very dated. Stained carpets. Flaky paint. En suite grubby looking and old. Felt unsafe as electric wall lights in bedroom very loose and flashing constantly. . Had to use bedside lamp but both not plugged in and no plugs sockets nearby. Totally useless. Not sure when PAT testing on electrics was last done 🤔

Large rooms, comfy bed. Old fashioned decor. Friendly staff.

I stayed one night. The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was easy amd safely off the road. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely book again if I am in the area.

The decor was very shabby, paper coming off the walls. Masking tape had been applied to walls and simply painted over. Terrible really. There was also a bedside lamp with no electric socket to plug it in.
