Location, size of bed and bedroom, English breakfast.

Bathroom needs updating and has been poorly maintained.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good on- site parking. Handy location. Thank you.

Would have liked a small fridge in the room.

The breakfast is not worth 10 pounds

Rather an old property we had a room on the first floor and had to get help to get all our bags upstairs. Breakfast was delicious

Room not clean, not cleaned all week even to empty bin. Restaurant shocking. Loose tap in bathroom, no power on the shower to the point sometimes it trickled. Last decorated in the sixties. Absolutely disgusted with the advert on hotels.com a false representation.

Stayed here as visiting an event in Melton Mowbray. Good location only a short walk in to town. We had room 35 which was a large sized room. Had quite a low ceiling though.
