Overall, it was very good. That’s why it’s the hotel I always stay at whenever I come to Semarang

The window was so dirty that I couldn’t see the outside view at all. Thanks to the rain, I could see a little through a thin spot where the drops had cleared the glass. It felt almost like being in a detention camp, so this is going to be a bad memory for me.

The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is really great and the location, above the mall, is perfect!

The wifi signal inside the room was weak. Couldn't even make a video call without being near the corridor.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were helpfull and friendly, especially Heru and the staff on the 7th floor. My wife was having a cough and they immediately went away and come back with cough medicine. We loved the breakfast buffet, it offered many options for all tastes. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
