Friendly and helpful people treat you like a friend, not a customer. The room and bathroom are luxurious. The breakfast was wonderful; they make your coffee drink to order. This deserves 10 stars out of 10!

"Wonderful, quiet place just outside of Orvieto"

Really wonderful place. Located a few miles outside of Orvieto on a beautiful rocky hill with incredible views of Orvieto and the Umbrian countryside. Resort is very nice. Quiet, comfortable with little touches of luxury. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Excellent value for the price.

"Luxery boutique hotel minutes from Orvieto. "

Set in a tiny village minutes from Orvieto, Misia Resort is simply an excellent place to stay. The room was immacutaly clean, beautifully appointed with high quality bedding and fixtures. The staff were professional, curtious and helpful. Highly recommend Misia resort

"Beautiful little inn with great customer service"

This is a beautiful, country inn with great views, upscale rooms, peace and quiet and a terrific host. The decor is like something in a magazine: eclectic, creative, warm, and rich. Our view was of the valley and the room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent (lots of fresh fruit which we were missing) and the dining area was full of neat decorating touches. There is a short, stunning hike you can do up the rock face just behind the inn and it would be a lovely place at sun-up or sundown.

"A Hilltop Beauty With Modern Style"

This was a fantastic find, perched on a hill overlooking Orvieto in a little hamlet with beautifully restored stone buildings. The owner, Giorgio, is charming and helpful. He had excellent suggestions for touring Umbria by car, how to see Orvieto, and where the best little local pizza place is (which by the way is excellent.) We drove directly from Misia to the Rome airport and dropped our rental car and flew home to Boston -- less than a two hour drive on a weekend morning. If you go to Misia make sure you climb the stairs to the top of the rock! Grazie Giorgio!
