this resort for me and my wife got the best food aroud breakfast is great the food in general and the margaritas are superb is a little hotel but big in all phases food and attention i greatly recomend this place location is great i front beach hotel you can have your margaritas or snacks by the pool the service is awesome its quiet not to many people the pool is small but very nice we really enjoy our stay at this place

Good location. Good size and nice common spaces

Humidity in the bathroom. Requested a new room with no problem

The coffee machine did not work. The room was not clean. Check in time was at 3 pm however, the room was not clean when we came to the room at 5:30 pm. We still had to wait 45 minutes to get it cleaned. For compensation, we got an additional 30 minutes for checking out. The nice thing was being able to leave the car parked outside with vigilance. There’s cameras everywhere.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was hit or miss. Staff members went out of their way to help us learn the public transit and accommodated our diet restrictions during the breakfast. The staff make up for the hotel's many shortcomings.

There is an industrial machine type place next door. So. Very. Loud. Disrupted sleep, made the balcony unusable. Cleaning staff were so eager to clean the rooms you are woken each day despite placing the do not disturb sign on the door. Some morning multiple times. They are lovely, kind ladies but sheesh! Let a gal sleep! Pool is shaded due to the neighbouring buildings and so never quite warm enough for a lovely swim but nevertheless, it is ascetically pleasing if nothing else. If insects bother you- likely not the best place for you. We constantly had cockroaches in our room.

It was a small authentic Mexican Beach Front Hotel that had everything to suit all are needs. The Buffett breakfast's was always good. It had Best Western Standards that provided good economics.

Rooms and hotel old and not well maintained, smelly bathroom, extremely bad condition shower, very noisy at night due to plumb system, poor breakfast (low variety), quite expensive vs value, one afternoon there was no water in general, lobby floor restrooms broken.
