The location is perfect and the Room was spacious. The breakfast is amazing and the Staff very friendly and helpful.

For the price asked the facilities are in need if maintenance and the Rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly! I also asked for a late checkout because i went on a trekking tour and needed a shower after. I then saw that there was a bathroom for such cases. I would have appreciated if i would have been told that and not charged 600.000vnd. This left me a little disappointed…

"good budget stay in a good location"

quadruple room was very spacious, with two actual rooms. facilities functional but a bit old. staff was supportive.

location is up a slightly steep hill (which was only an issue for my 75+ parents). elevator access only from the 1st floor (not ground level). some rooms had mouldy/musty smell issue. some windows could not be opened and some did not seal properly.
