Hotel Las Arenas

Everything at this hotel was perfect. It is newly refurbished. The quality is high and the decor is stylish. The pool on the roof is small but adequate for cooling off. The food was plentiful and delicious. The beds were so comfortable. The beach and surrounding bars and cafes were very clean and stylish.

What a fantastic hotel. Loved the room and amazing views ! We arrived early hours of the morning due to flight delay but this was no problem at all. Rooftop bar and pool simply have to seen absolutely amazing. We will be booking a return stay for sure.

We arrive late at night with a small child we had booked 2 rooms. On arrival the receptionist advised us they a problem with the hotel and we were to be moved to another. I think this was because they had over booked the rooms as the hotel was really busyb

Amazing location, super easy travel from airport to hotel less then 10mins in a taxi! Glorious hotel brand new renovation definitely get bed and breakfast included as the breakfast buffet is beautiful spoilt for choice! Overall fantastic stay would definitely come back again!

I never stayed at the Las Arenas hotel as it was undergoing renovations. Stayed in the Nautic hotel about 50 yards away. Was a lovely stay, great spacious room, lovely breakfast, great location, helpful staff

We stayed on all inclusive for 2 nights before a sailing holiday and this was great value. Hotel is 10mins from airport and 20mins from Palma, on the beach in the centre of a small but friendly resort with a nice little harbour. The food was amazing for the price (at least 4* standard) with extensive and varied buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were very friendly. The only slight downside is the size and position of the pool but, the beach is literally over the road so we used that instead. We would use this hotel again when sailing out of Palma and would recommend

The property was well situated..only steps away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were kind and friendly. Conversely, the A/C did not work. I asked that maintenance look at the A/C and was told that it would be taken care of by the end of the day. Nobody came and it was not worked on. There person who promised it would be done said it would be done by 6:00 pm (the same time the shift was over). As I was checking out the same lady said nobody came because it was probably going to take longer to fix, which could not be true because a technician never looked at it to make such a determination. ALSO, when we checked into the room there was a piece of paper on the toilet seat that said, Disinfected (cleaned). I opened the toilet to find toilet paper and urine. There was sand on the floor and in the sink. It looked as if only the beds were made to make things "ready" for the next customers. We will not be going back to this hotel again.

Staff pleasant, triple room of a good size, hotel seemed good for a one night stay, before the 10minute taxi to the airport at 4.15am. BUT the walls are v poorly sound resistant and other guests sounding the worse for wear including mass furniture removals by the sound of it, made our sleep fitful until about one. Then a thunderstorm! So not a place we’d go for a holiday, but ok ish for a pitstop.

Noisy room, need renovation

Love this place - a bit dated but excellent location, reasonable food. All inclusive drinks are the typical you always get everywhere but heyho. Have stayed 5-6 times and will be returning. Views are excellent and on17euros from airport in a taxi
