Hotel Las Arenas

It was an amazing stay! All service we have received was Great .I need to mention a whole Restaurant team ,who had to deal with Guests following a special health &safety (CoVid 19) rules.It was for sure very challenging for them but they did a Great Job ! I would stay in Hotel until quarantine in UK is over but couldnt afford it .

Having visited Can Pastilla for the previous 16 yrs, I have stayed at the Las Arenas on several occasions previous to the recent update and I was amazed at the changes to the hotel. The outside dining/sitting/entertainment area has changed so much in a very positive way and is now an area where you can enjoy a meal/drink whilst enjoying the sun and amazing views over the harbour/beach area. My thoughts on the hotel/rooms area: Prositives: good size rooms / very comfortable beds / Excellent size bath towels / good size full length mirror in room / lots of plug socket points Negatives: no bath / no drawer space for small items / lights on stairs do not always light up until you reach the top of the stairs. However the main negative point I would like to make is the bathroom and in particular the shower. This is not very private should you be sharing with a friend or someone you are not intermit with. The wall between the shower and the bedroom is part opaque glass but you can see the shape of the person in the shower through this glass. Also if you are over 5ft 6ins in height you will be able to see over the opaque glass into the actual shower. You can also see the shape of the person sitting on the toilet through this glass. There is no hand rail in the shower and this could cause difficulty for someone who is not steady on their feet ie elderly This would not prevent me returning to the Las Arenas as I found the hotel staff very helpful, friendly and accomodating

Beautiful roof top infinity pool and bar . Food was excellent.The staff were tremendous. Could not fault the room (mind you, did miss tea/ coffee making facilities)Could have done with more toilets on the ground floor.

Las Arenas is a short drive from the airport and right across from the beach. The roof gives you an amazing almost 360 view of the island! Great buffet, sauna in the basement, clean room with lovely view of Spanish street and the boats docked. Amazing place!

Excellent location. Bright modern rooms with a fantastic shower

Newly renovated hotel, so everything is in great shape and design, and it has everything you need! Rooms are a bit on the smaller side though. We stayed three in one room (with an extra bed) which left pretty much no other space what so ever. But the rooftop pool makes up for it! Such a cool space with amazing views, and placed centrally in can pastilla!

Very nice hotel, on the beach, especially the room with sea view( 212). Half board, very good with a lot of traditional and non- traditional food. Nice staff , helping us with all our wishes. Thank you

Hotel Las Arenas is beautiful and in the best location,beach is a minute away, what more can you ask for? My room was amazing and the beach view was even better. Staff is super friendly and helpful. All the good restaurants are literally right down the street. The PMI airport is 5 mins away. And the cathedral is 15 mins away. Their breakfast is so good, a variety of everything you can think of. Also, they have entertainments at night, amazing singers sing in the front of the hotel lounge area! I just left and I can’t wait to come back soon! If you’re looking for a hotel In Palma, this is the one for you!

Very large recently refurbished hotel. Rooms modern with lovely bathrooms. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast with great variety and quality.
