limpio bonitos muebles y azulejo y piso en excelentes condiciones , mucha agua caliente, modular, mesita , buro, cajones. lamparas y contactos en lugares extrategicos.

Very cute, adorable hotel, but the beds were not comfortable, and I can here everything going on in the other rooms.

Lo que me gustó fue lo limpio y ordenado del lugar y su vegetación lo que no muy me agrado que no dicen que el estacionamiento está fuera del lugar y muy pequeñas las habitaciones

Escogí este hotel por lo bonito que se veía por fuera , pero oh decepción es súper ruidoso sobretodo si te tocan de los cuartos de abajo, se oye hasta la platica de los otros huéspedes y hasta cuando encienden la secadora de pelo, las cortinas son del das y dejan pasar la luz a la hora de dormir, la cama está súper dura pero claro hay quienes así les gusta, los empleados de la recepción no son amables y la publicidad del hotel es engañosa es decir dan un precio pero después hay que sumarle muchos impuestos de modo que con la cantidad final te daría para pagar uno de 4 estrellas, no lo recomiendo ademas el estacionamiento está lejos del hotel,

Hotel was super gorgeous, great views, and had everything we needed. Beautiful garden and terrace. It was a pain to park. The staff wanted you super close to the sidewalk, so rims get scratched. Then there is a mandatory staff escort to the parking lot. Before my flight, the staff wanted me to wait a few minutes until other guests left—- did not appreciate having to wait when other staff said we could just take the key to open the offsite parking on our own. WiFi was not stable.

Un hotel tranquilo cerca del centro de San Cristóbal. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Una opción recomendada si buscas una estancia económica.

Bien situé terrasse et patio très agréable et cosy. En plein centre et de fait bien placé mais bruyant (notamment des coups de feu pour célébrer des événements, typiques de la région). Mais ce n’est pas le fait de l'hôtel simplement son emplacement. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas au niveau espéré.

I was robbed and beat up by 6 men outside hotel property. Police refused to help and escorted me in to the hotel. I requested an ambulance by the night clerk and he rudely said he wasnt calling anyone. That i was fine and i should go to sleep or leave the property. I had to endure a 24hrs of pain amd hunger in my room for 24 hrs until i had the strenght to clean up and go downstairs. A second night clerk kindly warmed up some tamales for me after the restaurant closed and gave me some pain medecine. I left the hotel after the sedond night to recover at a hospital in another city. Hotel refused to refund my third and fourth night despite their written policy stating if you need medical care, a doctor would be called. Very dissatisfied overall. As far as the property. Its mexico. You get what you pay for.
