"Estancia corta"

Cuarto muy ruidoso, esta a la pasada de todos los cuartos, sin embargo la vista ( de arriba) es muy botina. Personal y limpieza buenas

"Excelente opción para San Cristobal de las Casas."

Me encanto la estancia en este hotel, las instalaciones son hermosas con acabados coloniales y con el personal mas amable que he encontrado en esta localidad. Dentro de los puntos a mejorar para este hotel es el servicio de Internet, constantemente esta fallando y en secciones del hotel no llega la señal.

"Nice Stay in San Cristobal"

Nice hotel with a beautiful balcony over looking the city. You relax there and have a coffee and enjoy your morning. A little walk will take you to the main drag and central plaza. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

"Exceptional"

la propiedad es muy bonita,estilo colonial muy bien mantenida, el servicio de limpieza es impecable, muy buena decoración. A pesar de estar en el centro es super tranquilo , ideal para descansar. El único detalle es en relación a algunos huéspedes que muy temprano en la mañana (5 o 5.30 hs) hablaban en voz muy alta por las galerías , como si fuera mediodía, sin respetar el sueño de otros.

"Garden retreat"

Good price and beautiful garden. As is the case with most of San Cristobal, there was no internal heating so it got pretty cold on the coldest nights. The WiFi basically didn't work for anything beyond email, but this was the case with most of San Cristobal (even the restaurants downtown).

"Bad bad bad hotel"

Bad service!!! the hotel didn´t have a room for us, even when I did my reservation and paid for it 2 months before. Bad attitude of the employees. Don´t choose this hotel ever!!!!!!
