No servia la regadera, no hay agua caliente, solo te tienden la cama no limpian tu cuarto, vasos sucios, personal poco amable.

The hotel location is wonderful is closed to the tourist zone, restaurant, transport, place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful

Muy bien situado, muy bonito y con unas vistas increíbles.

It's a lovely Place, great location, but if you go in the winter be sure and dress because the rooms have no heat.

El hotel esta comodo pero el internet no funciona en las habitaciones lo cual es un gran problema.

El personal es extremadamente amable. Lo único que creo que falta es cambiar los colchones de las camas, rechinan mucho. Pero el hotel es céntrico y muy hermoso, sobre todo las vistas. Claro que regresaría.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a solo 4 cuadras de catedral. La gente del hotel es muy amable, muy atenta y siempre busca ayudarte con tus dudas. Las instalaciones son buenas, estan limpias y son comodas tambien. Los jardines y la terraza le dan un toque extra de magia al lugar.

Be aware of possible fraud in this location. I have traveled around the world and visited Mexico countless times. I have also used hotels.com many instances and NO ONE has ever made a copy of my identification with the attempts to keep it. The receptionist asked for an identification which was fine. He went and said I will be right back, never saying what he was doing with it. When he came back he said to sign a form and I took a glance at the paper he was holding and it was a copy of my identification. I asked why he had made a copy of my id and he said it was policy. So I told him that no hotel had ever done that, they may take a copy of my cc for accidentals but never just of my id. He started getting nervous, and then when I asked for the name of his supervisor he said he couldn't give it to me. NOW I was extra concerned. He can take an identification that has my full name, address, and date of birth but he can't give me the name of his supervisor?. As I continue to push for it, he said: "fine, here just keep the copy". Very fishy and when I later asked if this was a policy to another receptionist she said NO. Please be aware of this !!!

Très serviables, aimables. On nous a bien conseillé pour les vistes,tours, taxi. Ce sont eux qui téléphonent. Problème de douche, mais on nous a changé de chambre sans problème.
