Amsterdam's Curry Mansion Inn

Location was excellent. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Daniela gave excellent customer service even though she was not at location. She was courteous, professional and responded quickly if you had any questions.

Overall, the house is beautiful. Some maintenance issues should be addressed for such a historically significant home in Key West. It's conveniently located near everything downtown, which is nice, but you can hear the music late at night. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee, so we had to buy a coffee for $5 downstairs and were told our discount wouldn't work on coffee. We were then told it was supposed to be in the room. That was frustrating.

1st room carpet were horrible. I wouldnt take my shoes off. They moved us to a different room. All good till went to bathroom in middle of the night . Turned on lights and 2 roaches were crawling on the floor.Then went to take shower in the morning and a roach fell out of towel. All alive.

Really liked the location and the room was big and clean. Was able to get parking. Bar was nice All questions you had to call their number. No one onsite. So one day a lady had her two dogs in the small pool. I could have called the number but didn’t

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Within easy walking distance to old Key West, Mallory square, Hemingway House, cruises, great restaurants and bars. Room was nice, clean. Pool was too warm for my liking but can’t help that.

The property was nice, but not exceptional. The company that makes the reservation, handles check-in and other issues was not impressive. They sent a very nice email with information about the check-in process and referred to themselves as a "team". In the email, they mention the room would be ready by 4 PM, but would let us know if the room was ready earlier. We called and let them know we were in town early, "Yes, they would call if the room would be ready earlier." They did not. When we got to the room at 3:55 PM, the code would not work. Several other couples in the pool said, "No, they will not call you even if the room is ready." The next day, a couple was by the pool around 10 AM. I noticed them later that day and asked them if they were waiting to check in and they said "Yes, just waiting for the call, since they; Brightwild, knew we were here". I informed them that Brightwild would not call and that they needed to call again They did and their room was ready. We called one night at 11:50 PM to ask about a noise restriction, the team member mentioned that there was no one at the front desk....(there is no front desk). We called about a lock being on the ice machine. The team member would check with the rest of his team and find out what is going on. I called an hour later, got another team member who knew nothing about the lock, but he would find out. After several minutes, he told me to go to another ice machine. I did, but it was also locked.

That is close to everything. Only bad thing is no one is there to help. It lacking the personal touch.
