Tired and worn out No staff to take orders for drinks in garden/ pool Not eating in this hotel- no way Management Cinamon Site manager tried her best to allow us to check out after 1 night, stated need to make the request via booking . Com and then the hotel will agree, refund will be processed Next morning 3 hours after asking when will refund be processed so can book 5* gorgeous hotel down road for remaining 4 dats at £454, told higher management will not authorise Offered a room upgrade though this doesn’t ‘fix’ the situation The whole facility is poor tired dated and mis sold Having paid £1000 for 5 nights Feel £60 per night would be more suitable In fact the £20 anight hotels on the beachfront look more appealing than this concrete prison

The hotel immediately impressed with the smiling staff and friendly atmosphere. The staff will always help and answer your questions. The main distinguishing feature of "Cinnamon" is the beach with turtles. They will swim right at your feet - you will get a good look and even feed them with algae. On the nearby beach, you can watch small reef sharks swimming in shallow water. There are also interesting inhabitants on the territory of the hotel itself: chipmunks, parrots come to spend the night, and sometimes you can see monitor lizards. The kitchen also made a great impression. The buffet at the hotel is a combination of local and European cuisine. I managed to get acquainted with new dishes and find some of my favorites. The dinner was filled with a variety of desserts. The comfort in the restaurant is facilitated by the professional work of the staff, especially I would like to mention the waiter Ravisha for caring and providing a good mood. We will be happy to return to the hotel!

Awesome hospitality, staff were friendly and attend to your needs. Lovely view of swimming pool n beach. Room were well maintained. Great and tasty spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Many shops outside the hotel area too. Me and my family had a great stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at Hikka Tranz last night. The hotel hosted a beautiful traditional cultural event, and we truly enjoyed every moment of it. The dancers, music, and atmosphere made the evening unforgettable. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner — the food was delicious and the service was excellent. A special thank-you to Miss Tharushi, the lady who gave us a very nice introduction about the dances and the meaning behind each performance. Her explanation helped us appreciate the cultural show even more. Overall, it was a memorable night and we were very impressed. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful experience at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, especially during the cultural show last night. The performances were fantastic and the atmosphere made the whole evening unforgettable. A special thank-you to the beautiful lady with the black spectacles I think her name was Tarshi (or something similar). She was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. The way she came over to speak with us and make sure we were comfortable truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Her kindness added a personal touch to our stay that we really appreciated. Overall, the staff were amazing, the ambience was lovely, and it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Our room boy Lakshan always greeted us with smiles and made our room comfortable and clean and would surprise us with a towel animal on our bed each day! The rest of the hotel staff also welcomed us when we would come And go. Another special mention is the Sous Chef Roshan Kodagoda who went out of his way to fulfill a special request to individually make us the mango curry on our last evening which we had on the first evening and craved all week!!! This was probably our highlight of making us feel so welcome and special. Also our waiter for the week was exceptional (sorry we didn’t get his name but he worked outside) and he was super efficient, friendly and always remembered our water bottles and room number!! We really appreciated the hospitality we received. Miss Tharushi, along with her team members specially the girl at the reception Vishmi, was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Absolutely beautiful location So much to see and do! Staff cannot do enough for you, shamil is great greets us with a smile, a handshake and flowers for my hair every morning Lovely people, beautiful country. Will visit again.

A wonderful hotel! My husband, I, and I stayed at this wonderful place. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the rooms were very clean! There's security and a restaurant on site. We'll definitely be back!
