Gostei de todas a refeições, porém muitas devem ser melhoradas na qualidade. Ex pizza sem recheio, hambúrguer o pão muito grande para o pedaço de carne. E outros, principalmente nas sobremesas.

Internet lá não funciona, nem hifi, alguns pratos devem ser melhorados, infelizmente quando chove, se perde toda diversão no resort.

Boa estrutura.

Fomos acordados com uma furadeira antes das 9 hrs, às 9 hrs começou a serra elétrica. Por todos os lados havia homens trabalhando com Makita cortando meio-fio. Elevador do nosso bloco ficou o dia todo sem funcionar. Chuveiro fora dos padrões de um hotel deste padrão, pouca pressão de água. Havia uma grande obra no meio do Resort que poderia estar melhor escondida com tapumes. Brinquedo do parque aquático infantil interditado. Muitos serviços pagos a parte, desde coisas simples como Terere em uma criança. Camas desconfortáveis, banheiro com cheiro de mofo na entrada e tampa do vaso quebrada. Espelho da torneira do chuveiro solta. Pouca explicação na entrada. Perdemos mais de 30 minutos na liberação das chaves às 15 horas.

Varanda com vista e rede, limpeza dos quartos, receptividade dos funcionários. As crianças amaram a nutella disponível as terças, quintas e sábados. Recebemos um mimo do hotel/ booking ao chegarmos na acomodação, muito bom, detalhes que aquecem o coração.
