Quartos bem limpos, boa comida, recreação animada, praia super gostosa, bebida ok, piscinas frias mas deliciosas.

Demoraram 2 dias para trocar o gancho da rede que estourou devido a ferrugem e caí com meu filho no chão… minha filha tomou água sanitária pura que estava no bebedor de água de coco, tudo ficou bem mas achei lamentável o ocorrido apesar da assistência do hotel e de sua enfermeira. Impossível alguém atender o telefone da recepção deles para reservar Transfer, fiquei dois dias ligando e mandando mensagem e ninguém respondia, então tive que contratar um Transfer no aeroporto mesmo… ao chegar encontrei uma funcionária do hotel e perguntei se poderíamos ir com eles no Transfer e recebi uma bela negativa com cara de desdém….

Estivemos hospedados por alguns dias no hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência deixou a desejar em vários pontos. Apesar de ser um all inclusive, sentimos muita falta de opções infantis no almoço e jantar — o cardápio parecia não considerar que muitas famílias viajam com crianças. Outro ponto negativo foi a área das piscinas. Nenhuma delas é aquecida, o que compromete bastante o uso, principalmente em dias mais frios ou nublados. O quarto também teve seus problemas: ficamos sem água quente, e o serviço de arrumação se limitava apenas a esticar a cama, sem nenhuma limpeza

O hotel é bonito e a estrutura é muito boa. Quarto bastante confortável.

As piscinas estavam geladas, a comida é fraca, buffet desorganizado , Restaurante enorme e cada ilha tinha uma coisa, então todo mundo transita o restaurante inteiro, fica uma bagunça. É all inclusive mas um pouco avacalhado, tudo servido em copo descartável.
