Farmhouse Il Fienile

Loved everything about our stay only wish we had more time. Owners were sweet addding to the overall experience. Beautiful layout of the property. Surrounding area was absolutely amazing.

This littel farmhouse is very charming and lovly. For anyone that would like to have a quit romantic/family holiday. Right by charming Montepulciano,and in drivind distance to Firenze ang Lucca. Next time we would defenetly stay longer than two days.

Semplicemente bello ....simply beautiful ....We had the apartment with the Mezanine bedroom which was small but adaquate; cooked on the outdoor BBQ and ate Alfresco everyday ....the pool was brilliant, the grounds well kept and the location fantastic ....if you want simple and to explore southern Tuscany or Umbria then it was a perfect choice

We took a chance on this property and booked it for four nights -- we were very glad we did. It is a quiet, well-kept handful of cottages on a side road about a mile below the charming hill town of Montepulciano. The scenary is lovely. There is no breakfast or maid service included, but our kitchen came with a gas stove, old-fashioned espresso maker, and utensils. Our 2-room apartment was airy and comfortable and the pool was refreshing after a day in the Tuscan sun. Montepulciano offers numerous good choices for meals and wine tasting, and it is a great location for day trips to Pienza, Siena, and Lago Trasimeno. The owners, very nice people who speak little English, leave the property in the late afternoon, giving you the sensation that you are "living locally" on this lovely spot.

Il posto è veramente un paradiso...vicinissimo al centro ed immerso nella tranquillità.Pulito,spazioso ed accogliente è veramente consigliabilissimo!!!!

What a delightful spot! The owners greeted me warmly on ariival and even helped with directions when I got lost. The comfort and beauty of the accomodation was of a high standard with all the amenities you would expect. I travelled alone with only my 2 dogs so it was important that I felt safe.The owners were friendly and recommended a good place to eat for me. The only slight disappointment was the traffic noise as the accomodation is close to a road. The garden and pool were well kept and it was easy to relax and enjoy the good weather.
