Utsikt var otroligt. Rummet var stor och mysig.

Restaurang var trång och för mycket folk, serveringspersonal knappt hann servera alla bord till middag. Frukost var god, men rörigt. Fanns inga lediga bord, för mycket folk och för lite bord. Man fick plocka bort andras disk för att få bord.

Außergewöhnlich. Mit Hollywoodschaukel direkt am Eismeer. Balkon mit Blick aufs Eismeer. Sehr lecker: die hausgemachte aufgeschäumte Butter mit Kräutern und Salz und dazu frisches Brot. Und Eisfjord-Gin-Tonic. Und Grönländischer Kaffee. Wir kommen wieder.

In my opinion the best deal in Ilulissat. Iceberg and whale watching from the hotel terrace (or even your hotel room!) under the midnight sun is what luxury looks like! And the same keeps repeating every morning during delicious breakfast.

this hotel was overpriced and a huge disappointment. the staff was rude and unhelpful. there is no elevator and you have to lift your luggage up flights of stairs. housekeeping didn't clean my room and when I told management, they were arguing with me and I had to take them up to the room to prove it. they also were supposed to give me a refund for a reservation I canceled a month before arrival and I had to fight with them for over a month until it happened. The only good thing was the restaurant and the view. I stayed at Arctic Hotel two days prior and it was much better then this hotel.

Das Appartement war eine Katastrophe. Das Bett ist viel zu klein und viel zu weich. Das Bad alt und unmodern. Überhaupt keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Eier, Speck und Würstchen war nur lauwarm.
