Great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. Will happily stay again.

"Lovely village pub"

Beautiful pub, bedroom was lovely very comfortable. Staff were all great, very friendly. Evening meal in bar was excellent, and a great atmosphere in the pub.

Breakfast. The continental choice was included and quite sparse, but we both decided to have scrambled egg and bacon on toast, pre ordered the night before. The bacon seemed to have been deep fried and the scrambled egg, microwaved. Such a disappointment after a lovely experience the previous evening. Had to ask for a teaspoon and sugar for.my tea.

"A pleasant suprise how nice & cosy it was plus a fabulous menu!"

Everything was a suprise I booked as it was close to where I was working the next moring, but it was a very pleasant suprise how warm and cosy it was, the staff were very good and the menu was quality for the venue I would never have expected it to be that good.

All was good what I didn't like was personal and nothing to do with wrong.

Quaint - lovely pub, restaurant and accommodation in a beautiful village. It was the perfect stay following a day at Ragdale Hall spa. I would highly recommend it. We were made to feel welcome and really looked after.
