Racha Island Resort

Tilattu kuljetus lentokentältä hotellille ei onnistunut, mutta pahoitteluja esitettiin runsaasti. Wi-Fi toimi satunnaisesti ja pääasiassa vain vastaanoton lähettyvillä. Astioiden tiskaus unohtui siivoojalta. Muutoin kaikki toimi hienosti ja palvelu oli ystävällistä.

1月17日からガールフレンドと4泊しました。私達は、ホテルに到着した時は、全体的な景色の良さに感動しました。しかし、部屋に入り、しばらくすると、その感動がなくなり、所々、不便を感じ始めました。ホテルの外観は良いのですが、水周りの不備が多い。洗面所で手を洗うと、水が溜まり、手で栓の紐を引かないと水が流れず。また、バスタブの栓も錆びていて、スムーズに動きません。フロントに2往復して、ようやく部屋を変えてもらいました。しかし、変えた部屋の水周りも弱く、バスタブの栓をハサミを使って持ち上げないと水を抜くことができません。またジャグジー機能が故障で作動せず。フロントへの電話も常につながらず、暑い中、フロントまで、用がある度に、往復12分歩く必要があります。フロントへの電話は、10回以上、異なる時間帯で架けましたが、一度もつながりませんでした。また、備え付けのビーチタオルがなく、毎回、フロント近くのアクティビティセンターまで、取りに行き、当日中の17時までに返す必要があります。また、ホテルの外に行く道はフロントの反対側にあり、敷地が広いので非常に面倒です。特に外出時間の制限もなく、外の売店は21時過ぎまで営業しています。ホテル内に外観が立派なスパがありますが10日前から営業中止で経営者とも連絡が取れないそうです。そのため、マッサージの店は、島の中心にある店とバーンラヤリゾート内の店しかありません。ザラチャのスパはビジターは利用できませんでした。また、断続的に故障するホテルのWiFiも昼間の時間帯に、2.3時間のみ使用できました、部屋に居る事が多い夜の時間帯は一度も使えませんでした。客層は中国人9割、白人1割でした。ビーチは砂は綺麗ですが、島の生活排水が垂れ流されている影響でパトックビーチのように綺麗ではありません。波も強く、フィンを付けて50メートルほど沖に行かないとサンゴがありません。海に居る人は5人以内です。中国語、英語、日本語が話せる中国人のルックスのマネジャーが孤軍奮闘していますが、沈没し始めた船のようなホテルでした。

낮에 잠깐 왔다가는 투어 관광객들이 돌아가면 조용하고 쉬기 좋은 아름다운 섬입니다. 룸도 넓고 떨어져있어서 소음도 없고 좋습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다. 해변과 가까워서 좋습니다. 편의점도 있어서 부족한 음식이나 물품을 구입할수있습니다. 단점은 체크인, 체크아웃 시간과 스피드 보트 셔틀 탑승 시간이랑 텀이 있어서 기다려야하는 대기시간이 발생할 수도 있습니다. 그리고 라야부리레스토랑이 제일 가깝고, 그 외 식당은 멀고 몇군데 없습니다.

比较势利眼的一家酒店

Helt underbart! Absolut det bästa hotell jag varit på, så bra service och maten på hotellet var riktigt bra! Rekommenderar detta hotell till alla, inge mycket för fest men det är inte det vi sökte efter utan ön och vyn var magisk!

スタッフが親切で、気持ち良く滞在できました。何よりビーチがきれいで静かです。日帰りの観光客もたくさん来ますが、他のビーチに比べたら全然少ないです。 レストランはひとつでメニューは多くありませんがおいしいです。特にタイ料理はどれも美味しかったです。

Hotel in ottima posizione, sul mare, esattamente in una baia molto bella. Fare colazione in riva al mare con solo il rumore delle onde ti rimette in pace.

Bra hotell, vi bodde på en beachfront suite-fantastiskt läge! Valde detta pga priset jämfört med the racha. Bra restaurang-god mat och bred meny Fantastiskt strand att se på, men du måste ha badskor pga snäckor och stenar. vi gick dagligen till grannstranden patok, ca 15 min, bara sand och snorkling, på efter middagen går man hem och bara tittar på havet och relaxar

除了住宿费，本身还需要多给各种乱收费项目，比如16年开始收的船费1200b一人，大堂上厕所也要收费；服务人员态度更是差得没话说，不知道为什么好像挺针对国人，一脸欠了他钱的样子；如果不喜欢小动物更不推荐入住，这里说的小动物是指蜥蜴壁虎苍蝇等动物；整个酒店除了位置好沙滩美真的一无是处

the hotel is ok, but you can see it's stilling construction, all the furnitures are used and old, the TV is old and terrible, you can tell it is a new hotel put everthing used second hands stuff together and keep it running. on the website, there is no imformation about the transpotation, it means, the last speed boat depart in the morning, but we have no idea. fortunatly, the is one last boat depart around 1pm, we jump into a taxi drive like crazy and we made it! the way to the island is ok, but on the way back, is really unsatisfy, there is no life jacket for us! i asked the guide, he said, you have to keep your life jacket when you arrive the island, but same, nobody tells nothing! one staff even asked us to leave the jacket to him! and more things can piss you off, is they actually do have spare life jacket and they just don't let you use it! unbelievable! is that means if we have any boat accident, we just die for nothing? no WiFi on the island, staff said the internet broken down but look at the bright side, there is a very nice pool there, looks really good, and there is a dive club around the hotel, the instructor comes from Finland, he is really Professional!
