Racha Island Resort

The rooms were gross and super far from the beach. The pool was disgusting and not maintained at all. Nothing was ever staffed or open for business. Terrible hotel experience. While the beach is gorgeous, you'll never get to enjoy it. Dozens of speed bots loaded with Chinese tourists drop off day trippers ALL DAY LONG. They monopolize the already sparse and dilapidated beach chairs and suck on their cancer sticks while shouting at each other up and down the beach like no one else is trying to enjoy themselves. This place has serious potential, but don't go until it is torn to them round and rebuilt (structures and approach to hospitality). We unloaded and had already decided we wouldn't staying by the time we got to our room. Problem is, no boats were available until the following day. We tried to make the best of it but we only stayed the one night of our 3 night reservation because it was so bad.

it is my honeymoon trip and i went to rayaburi. they serve us very well. i love this place very much

Access to 3 - 4 beaches. Hotel staff mainly from Myanmar therefor some communication problems. Not as friendly as Thai staff and training required. Room had a few small problems like faulty hairdryer, broken handles and knobs on furniture. Some instances of run down facilities looking shoddy such as fencing, swimming pool equipment etc.

ラチャ島の海がとても綺麗だと聞き、当ホテルを利用して一泊してみました。島のビーチでは昼間、中国系かアジア人の日帰り観光客がものすごくたくさん押しかけてきており、ビーチも芋洗い状態、涼を求める人で日陰は大混雑でした。宿泊したおかげで日帰り客が帰った後のビーチをのんびり過ごすことができ、当ホテル側のビーチ、ちょっと坂を越えて歩かなければいけませんがThe Racha側の綺麗なビーチをどちらも満喫することが出来ました。プーケットからの移動はホテルのスピードボートを予約したおかげなのか、昼前についたのに部屋が空いているからと特別にアーリーチェックインをさせてくれました。夕食と朝食もホテルのビーチサイドレストランで取りましたが、あまり贅沢は言えないものの、私達にとっては十分な選択肢があり、値段もそう高く感じませんでした。高級感溢れるThe Rachaと比べるとかなり簡素な感じではありますが、ラチャ島を満喫するには一泊するべきと感じましたので、コストパフォーマンスも悪くなく、結果としては十分満足しています。

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and the beach is great. But, the room was so old (the bath was unusable because it leaked) and the minibar dirty. The pool was beautiful but too much chlorine in it. The pool's shower was green because never cleaned. There is no services in this hotel. The pool's bar was closed and dirties dishes left by someone on it stayed during all our stay. The breakfast was very cheap but the restaurant is good and the waiters very nice. Last point, the speedboat of the hotel. We had a very bad experience when we returned. The driver took so much fun to be brutal and us to be wet. I had books and computer on myself, they were totally wet. I complained but this crazy guy did not stop. I won't go back in this hotel.

フロントの対応は丁寧に応対してくれて、サービスがとても良い。 プールが綺麗で、おすすめ。泳いだり、日光浴したりと、とてもリラックス出来た。

Pro's - Relaxing peaceful island - The majority of the staff were pleasant - Spacious rooms - Nice balcony overlooking the grounds - Very close to the beach Cons - We were given the incorrect room, with 2 single beds instead of the king size. After being told several times they could not change I requested to speak with the manager and then all of a sudden a correct room 2 doors down became available. - The ceiling leaked a lot when raining.

Der leider jeden Tag zwischen 10:00 und 16:00 Uhr von hunderten von Chinesen überlaufen wird. Das gesamte Hotelteam ist auf die Tagesbesucher ausgerichtet und hat den Hotelservice komplett außer Acht gelassen. Schade, da eigentlich ein schönes Fleckchen Erde. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

ラチャ島の白い砂浜とプライベートビーチでのシュノーケリングが目的で2泊しました。 海に少し入ると、美しい熱帯魚が足をつついてきて、感動しました。 客室、プールについては掃除が行き届いておらず、トイレの流れもイマイチでした。 しかし、こどもに美しい熱帯魚と泳ぐ、という経験をさせてあげることが出来たので総合的には満足です。
