Average stay, old room, friendly staff, quiet

When booking on line the room states it slept 6. 2 queens and a pullout couch. The pull out couch was broken and unable to be used. The walls had plaster coming off of them, a whole in the ceiling, orange slim on the shower curtain, air conditioners were not working well so the rooms were hot. We turned on the ceiling fan to circulate the air and it wobbled and made a grinding noise so bad we thought it would fall out of the ceiling. And let’s talk about the clean sheets that were stained and the crumbs on the futon and couch which were probably left for the rats we saw outside. On a positive note it didn’t smell like cigarette smoke and the 4 locks on the outside door made us feel extra safe along with the dead bolt and lock on the bedroom door.

Locals where nice.

House keeping had us out of room in heat till 330. No tp. And no fresh towels.. had to keep getting new ones& tp. 6 days of that got old

I got to meet the Owner, he was Great, very personable. He made me feel very welcomed.

In my room the door to balcony Would NOT Lock, that made me feel uneasy. And half the time I couldn't open it; needs to be replaced.

Horrible disgusting

Overall the stay was nice. Good space. Clean. Manager was nice. Pool was clean. Very good rock band that plays at night also country. Bar is standard and the food offered was ok but that’s because they were still fixing something’s and the pizza was good. The only issue I had was the front desk who didn’t have our room ready and responded to everything you need to ask “upon request”. We came during check in time at 3pm and the man didn’t bother to see if our room was ready and said to come back at 4pm until the manager came and looked for us and it was ready. Then similar issue on front desk we had asked for more towels to shower and we used for pool too and they gave us a hard time for towels that we need to ask upon request and that’s what we were doing. We were the only ones using the pool. Even with this happening me and my family did have a nice time and enjoyed the place regardless.

We only stayed one night but it was nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

The room was clean when we checked in, and the beds were comfortable.

The doors on our room did not shut properly, the back outdoor space off our room was covered with trash ( had not been cleaned up from the previous guest), there was no coffee maker in the room (as promised), there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. The office was not open in the morning before we left for the day and was closed before we got back in the late afternoon, The live music at the tiki bar went on into the late evening, making sleep impossible. The restaurant on property is a food truck, or a small menu at the the tiki bar

Really cute. Good rooms and good spot.

The rooms were old and outdated. Needs to be repaired. Ceiling needs repairs. Very old looking room. Couch was disgusting needs to be replaced. Room smelled old. Sofa bed was full of sand. Only left shampoo in the bathrooms no soap for hand washing. Door was old and looked rusted.
