Property is very dated and needs improvement. Bartender should be a bit friendlier.

Just run down. Needs updating.

AC didn't cool well and dive boat parked right in front of our room.

Hotel is pretty run down. First room they gave us the air conditioner was leaking and the door wouldn't lock correctly, like someone had previosly knocked the door in. they did switch us rooms and the room was ok. A/C worked great, sheets were clean. Everything else meh!! Wouldn't stay here again.

Unsafe conditions; rooms in terrible condition with broken door locks, nonfunctional A/C, broken and dirty room fixtures, peeling paint and crumbling plaster (…were we breathing in lead paint dust? We’ll never know). Took pics of what appears to be mold or mildew in rooms, which was probably the cause of the unpleasant smell and potentially dangerous to asthmatics (there were 4 in our party, which we explained to management). No night manager to help with anything and an unhelpful and dishonest day manager that took no responsibility for the safety concerns we raised. We left the hotel and returned our keys as soon as we saw the condition of the rooms, and they still kept all of our money (for 3 nights!) despite the fact that we never stayed even 1 night, and more than 1 employee told us that we would be receiving a refund before we left. Total bait and switch, as you can see from the pics I’ve uploaded versus what’s advertised on their Expedia profile. I would give zero stars if I could and will be contacting the state’s attorney’s office, BBB and Health Dept.

Location and entertainment

Stay 3 days, room was never serviced, had to beg for someone to fix the toilet ( wouldn't flush) , no towels in the room, doors couldn't shut properly, palmetto bugs in the shower, the most uncomfortable beds ever

Basic motel room with a fun tiki bar on the property. Catering to divers and snorkeling.

Very mixed feeling. The place is a little outdated. Bates motel feel about it. not elegant but the rooms were clean. The whole was pretty empty. There was nice pool and a bar if you like that. We went for the Snorkeling trip. The snorkeling was pretty amazing. The crew was exceptionally helpful. The deck hand came around and spoke to everybody indivivually. The reef they take you to was exceptional. Large corals. Many fish. I would definitely come back to snorkel there but would stay elsewhere

Very cute hotel. The rooms are recently renovated.
