I know this sounds petty, but i reslly wanted to pay cash but they charged my credit card. In addition i wish that my patio area had been cleaned of all dishes after we ate. I actually bussed my own! Other than those two issues, we had a very good time. The food was darn good.

Lovely staff always happy to help you ! The room was clean everyday the place was peaceful not far from Alona Beach. We loved our stay there !

The hotel is very nice and easy acces to the beach but you can’t swim due to low tide so we need to get a ride going to Alona beach

"Location is ok, beach wasn't good"

The hotel is overall not too bad but, be warned that the beach there is terrible condition. There is no one yes, but for obvious reasons. Maybe we went there at a very unlucky time. The rooms are OK, but there has been an episode of broken hot water for the bathroom. It took them 3 attempts and more than 18 hours to fix it. Ultra frustrating.

Only complaint is the bathroom had mildew. Otherwise clean overall and inexpensive place to relax. A good 35 min walk into town area.

This guesthouse is a no-frills place, meaning, for the money it is a good value. It is quiet, clean, safe, and I will stay there again

"Beach front is not suitable for swimming"

The beachfront was such a letdown. It's not good enough (or clean enough) for a swim. Not a lot of food choices in their restaurant and the quality of the food is meh. Their personnel were great though.

Lovely bungalows right by a small beach. You have to go quite far out if you want to swim though. There is a dive centre here with very helpful and welcoming staff. The staff in the resort are all very friendly. It's a 1km walk to the main street where all the restaurants are or a 100 peso (£1.20) ride in a tricycle. So it takes a few minutes to get to Alona resort where all the bars and nightclubs are but it's extremely quiet in the Bohol Sea Resort itself. Would highly recommend if you want some chill time but then have the option to go out for food and drinks.
