The rooms are too small, including the washroom. However, the area is very nice. Breakfast was okay. They could add more options. One of the days, they ran out of the pastries.

Location is really nice. walkable to different bar and dining areas, coffee shop and bakery. Miradouro is 1 minute away. tourist areas are mostly walkable. Property needs improvement! not enough towel, bed was uncomfortable, washroom needs repair. hot water is limited. not a good hotel! staff are great!

We regretted for booking 8 days into this hotel. For the $ not worth. In need of maintenance in every area. Although beds were comfortable and staff helpful. Location not impressive. Will not rebook.

Not what I expected, photos are different than what it is in person. Hotel is Accessible to shops and dining.

It was a really great experience in Lisbon, and special thanks to the front desk staff who kindly helped us move to another room for my elderly mother. His kindness made a big difference in our stay in Lisbon !! Highly recommend !!

Pluses: Great staff, helpful & accommodatin Great bedding, quilts and pillows Location near many landmarks. Transit within walking distances Safe provided. Cons: Very old building. Elevator from first floor, mostly under repairs. Great inconvenience if you have heavy bags Poor breakfast, same every day. Not worth the money. Washrooms are in poor state, no toiletries. Rooms are bare, single chair, small table. Views ok
