Beautiful old renovated building. Had the corner room on the second to top floor and the views were stunning. Amazing location with everything very close but so much just around the hotel itself. Elevator was broken so that was really hard on my parents but overall a great place. Would recommend and use again if needed.

I booked this hotel because it had an elevator as it was important for group of 8 women ages 60-84. Reception was on 3 floor and turned out our rooms were on 4 floor. I was very upset as they should have notified in time for me to find a room with elevator. They offered a discount but I really do not know if we did get one. I really wonder if they had an elevator that ever worked. The front entry door was literally opened and actually anyone could get into building, it was not secured for safety .

A beautiful old building in an incredible place, right at the top of the hill. The views were absolutely incredible and the room was so lovely. Thank you!

O hotel está sem elevador e foi difícil sair ou chegar, já que ficamos no 4 andar

The room on the 5th floor was big, lovely clean room and bathroom. Beautiful view's across Lisbon. However the lift broke on the 1st day, climbing 5 flights of stairs several times a day was not easy. Breakfast was fine, rolls, meat and cheese and danishes, but the later your were, the less options. Unfortunately noisy neighbour who made a noise ubtil 2am every morning. The situation of the flat ment noise when the windows were open, but fine when closed. However no air conditioning so the room could get warm. Overall not a bad place to stay and if tge lift had worked it would ahve been fine

L'établissement est bien situé. Cependant il fallait marcher le long du funiculaire pour se rendre dans le secteur touristique. Pente abrupte. L'ascenseur de l hotel était en panne lors de notre sejour. Les escaliers sont vieillots mais notre chambre était bien située et grande.
