My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing! With booking last minute as my other hotel fell through, this one was beyond expectations and they should be given a reward to how amazing they were. Room was in impeccable condition and had a very comfy and good stay here.

"Overall great hotel, albeit warm in summer months"

The check in was fast and we were greeted by very friendly local staff. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. Unfortunately the room was quite hot overnight and that would make me think twice about a second stay if during warmer months. A thinner duvet option would be a good solution to help. The breakfast was fantastic with a full compliment of English and Continental options on buffet style. Fill your boots! Check out time good at 11 and was seamless.

Good quality for the price. Very pleasant staff and reasonable business model if a little ordinary. At £75 a night for the room it was very good value. Breakfast was buffet-style no-nonsense but good enough. A good overall experience at the price.

Modernish hotel near the Baltic on Gateshead quayside with ample, easily accessible parking. Road noise is noticeable if you're on that side of the hotel, and the window may need to be open, as there is no air conditioning.

The reception girl when I come in at 11 is really nice and friendly. But then it is impossible to find a reception at the rest of stay. No one at 5pm and 8am next day. Impossible to notify that we are in need. The bed is moving no door at the shower so water everywhere in bathroom

The Hotel was fine, when I booked the room it was advertised as coming with a breakfast by the time I got to check in the breakfast had disappeared. Don't trust them, when this stuff is advertised take screen copy's.
