Great option, underrated. Great food, views, location and everything, best hotel of our stay in Costa Rica

The views were amazing, staff was very nice and friendly, the monkeys were awesome you could feed them from your hands. The animals were welcoming made it feel like home with the dogs. The pool was sooo cool. The private rooms were so nice.

Nice seculded hotel that trys hard to please. Staff was great, very tranquil jungle like setting.I hate to say anything negitive, but be warned, the drive into the hotel is a NIGHTMARE. It is 5 plus miles of cratered rocky road making driving faster than 5mph impossible. I was woried about a punctured tire the whole ride in and out. Second, im a dog lover but no one loves wet smelly dogs, and they ALL smell bad when wet, even my own. They have 5 always on top of you. Read other reviews about this. Food was tasty but over priced but there are no other options as to get to another resturant would require driving out and back in. Kelly was very informative and friendly and in my opinion the best asset of the hotel. All the staff was professional and polite. Rooms clean and spacious.

i liked the feeling that i was in a jungle, the rooms were awesome not like your regular rooms. the beach right there! could not find anything wrong with the place at this time.

Beautiful hotel and very isolated. It feels like you’re staying in a jungle right on the beach. Highly recommend for couples or honeymooners. If you’re wanting to leave the resort for any reason, the transportation is way too expensive. Not worth it. The food there is okay but definitely not Costa Rican. Tours offered by the hotel were amazing!

This is a fantastic resort/hotel! We travelled when it was not high season so it was not crowded or touristy. The location is right on the beach so you have the option of swimming in the ocean or the beautiful pool shaped like a turtle. The room had all the amenities anyone could wish for and the restaurant was wonderful...excellent food! The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. And...the owner is fabulous! She is on top of everything and I like that she is also personable with guests. Great find! My favorite place we stayed while in Costa Rica!

We loved the casual atmosphere of this place! Diana was so accommodating both before we arrived and during our stay! The staff is so pleasant and helpful. The beach is amazing, we highly recommend you resist the temptation to sleep in, the early walks on the beach were wonderful and after your early walk, your breakfast is waiting! The pool area is lovely and the food was always superb! Our room was very cool and the lanai was the perfect place to read a book or just lounge. Diana was very helpful in booking tours and providing helpful advice. If you enjoy day trips from a location do rent a car. We found the driving easy. Everything was perfect!
