Holiday Inn Express & Suites George West by IHG

Everything was good. Service was very friendly and cooperative. The kierig in our room made a mess. It didn’t puncture a hole in the bottom of the cup.

Dirty, run down property They serve kool-aide in the lobby. AC was cold, so that was nice.

Area that the hotel is located was nice and convenient. However, service from the staff could have been better. When we got back to our room from being gone most of the day, it had not been serviced by housekeeping. So, I had to call the desk for assistance. The side entrance door access pad wasn’t working, which was an inconvenience for my Mom who has some physical challenges. Also, the universal remotes used for the TV do not work properly.

Staff inexperienced. I was double charged for my room. This has still not been resolved after more than three weeks.

Nice, clean, & comfortable. Just didnt appreciate housekeeper opening door, withput knocking, an hour before check out while i was still in bed & undressed. I was told that they were having over 50 checkouts that day. That is not my problem or concern or a reason to invade privacy.

the worst experience ever. First of all thr room didn't have a fridge. The heating thermometer was disconnected. There was no hot water; only cold water. Most of the elec plugs were disabled and the ones that were available, didn't work
