The service was very good and the staff very excellent. Lounge bar was a little limited would have expected to see more sugar free sodas (coke, lemonades etc). Overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Location wise the property is good not great (not a beach property). The room and bathroom size is a bit small but otherwise all good. The amenities are good and pool is large. I stayed at a room which did not had a pool side facing, so the view from room was not up to the mark. Staff is prompt and courteous. Breakfast is also nice. Bed/sleep quality is also great. Overall a 4.5/5 rating. It had 42inch television which was a pleasant surprise.

Value for money property . Clean room with good facility and Great staff. Ashish and Dipti from the restaurant staff were very friendly and prompt with service. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good stay in North Goa

Nice hotel. However, the arterial road to access is a concern. Limited options for breakfast & not very appetising.

The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and always smiling which gives a very pleasant experience. Location is very close to the main road so it's pretty convenient too

Hotel staff are very courteous and alert. However, the hotel can be made more accessible friendly for people who have difficulty walking, etc. Additionally, the quality of food at breakfast can be improved. Although variety is plenty, quality of only few items can be called good. Good stay otherwise!

The food is not so good. House keeping is poor . They did not makeover the room for 2nd day stay.

We thought this works be a good property based on it being a Radisson and it has good reviews but we were very disappointed. The place is pretty old and run down and it's not in a very nice area of town. No way you'd want to walk the the beach from here. The power goes out regularly. One night I had no hot water. The AC didn't work in my friend's room at first. Shower door wouldn't shut so the water would get out of the shower. Rooms are pretty dirty and just generally run down and in need of a major renovation to stay relevant. They require you to use a room key to keep your room power on, so it would take 30 mins to cool your room off after leaving for a bit but because the AC shuts off if don't leave your card in the slot. My friend's room had bugs in his bathroom.
