I came here with my family. The hotel is located in candolim which has nice restaurants and hotels. The hotel is centrally located. The food served in the hotel is just about average. And the service is not very prompt. But the property is clean and hygienic. Overall I would recommend it.

It was a good stay, however, had one issue with the rooms. The floor used to be always wet and the staff said it was due to the ac. Something weird.

Pathetic expetience; staff at reception was showing attitude

The Pros and Cons Pros Rooms are good Room service was good Nice view from all rooms as they face garden or pool Cons The hotel is situated in by lanes and not on main road so you need a decent 5 minutes walk to find any hire a self driven car or eat at a decent place Breakfast buffet is biggest let down and it needs to be improved drastically as the food taste was not upto mark . Seemed the chef was only adding the dishes to increase the spread but the taste was not upto mark . Overall the spread was also not good enough.

The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, we found the end of the beach closest to us was cleanest. We also found we were close to many of the top rated restaurants on trip advisor and tried many of them! Little shops close buy did water, snacks, phone top up services etc. We were well looked after around the pool and even if breakfast was busy we always got a table.

OVERALL GOOD BUT WE HAD BOOKED A DELUXE ROOM AND THEY TRIED TO SHOVE US INTO A SUB DELUX ROOM NOTWITHSTANDING THE BOOKING NOTE CLEARLY STATED DELUXE BUT OF COURSE THEY WERE GRACIOUS TO CHANGE WHEN POINTED OUT , BUT THE FRONT DESK SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE GIVING THE CLIENT WHEN THE BOOKING NOTE IS SPECIFIC NO OTHER ISSUES, GOOD EXPERIENCE STAYING HERE

It was a pleasant stay...

Our first time in Goa so not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when we reached this hotel, after the taxi journey and seeing the immediate neighbourhood. Our room was spacious, clean, well decorated, good AC and plenty of hot water. Bed was lovely and comfy and all amenities provided - hairdryer, tea/coffee making facility, fridge, iron and ironing board, safe, 2 bottles of water each day. Fresh towels and soaps etc each day. Pool was clean and the grounds were lush and well maintained. Staff were happy and smiley and very efficient. Would we return? Absolutely yes. And the breakfast was fantastic

Lousy neighborhood ! Booked 2 rooms.our rooms were facing the backyard of a residential colony. Frequent power outages ! Had to wait for 5-10 mins before the generator back up would kick in Mediocre room quality ! Missing bathroom slippers. Missing soap dishes ! Mosquito filled rooms ! Excruciatingly slow wifi ! All this worsens when you consider the Moolah you have spent on the bookings !
