The hotel is well managed . Homely atmosphere,good food , helpful staff and at a great location . Beach is walking distance from the hotel . Many restaurants around the hotel. Almost all types of cuisene available around the hotel at walking distance. Since it is located off the main road it is peaceful. Nice balcony attached to the room .

good property, well maintained, the only thing that I didnt like was the Breakfast which lead to downfall of experience i.e. food was mostly on all days not fresh and with very limited choices as what would be expected. Rooms were good and well kept with a nice hospitable staff.

Rooms are in need of an update. Decor now looking tied.

Hotel was really good but the only problem in the hotel is mobile network . It was very difficult to connect phone with network to make phone calls .

It was a very good stay... We were a large group of 14 & surprisingly all were happy with the hotel, service & overall ambience...

I found the hotel to be very good far more than expected in fact the hotel feels more like a 5*but you know why it's a 4* due to the slight finishing touches. The room. So were nice and spacious with a great pool view, I was missing so. Even items however the reception promptly took care of it within 20 minutes of my request every time I asked for something they were very quick. Every morning at breakfast the staff greeted us with a smile and usually the same waiter would help us with any items we wanted. The breakfast selection is heavily Indian influenced with less focus on continental breakfast items however when asked for feedback the hotel staff acted on it the next day. Daily feedback was taken and one day I didn't quite like how the eggs were cooked they apologised to me the next day and were very keen to know how they could improve. Very good staff always attentive and caring must say Jonathan was great. The pool was nice however noisy at times but that's due to other guests. It's nice to have pool attendants that actually paid attention to the guests needs. The hotel is around 10 mins walk from the beach and the hotel is in centre of the busy candolim area all the best restaurants are close by and reasonably priced in the area. You can walk or get a taxi to Calungute where there are more eating options with popular food outlets like mcdonalds and KFC but not necessarily the best food around. Overall the hotel is well located and a great recommendation.

Didn’t expect a hotel to be oldish! It’s a flop show!

Good bits : Location, distance from Candolim beach, decent watering holes in the vicinity Can improve : Better signage, locating the place is not very easy, service is iffy, had issues with no coffee kettle, no replacement of towels after removing the older ones, spotty wifi, the room phone working only on speaker mode. Net net an OK hotel stay, but more is expected from a Carlson hotel.
