Hotel Kempton

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and in good condition. The hotel was quiet (for an Indian hotel) and modern. Decent breakfast. Good location. The air-con worked well and was quiet. I think it is good value for money, as mid-range hotels can be disappointing, but this one wasn't.

I had a really comfortable stay at the Kempton. My room type was not available so they upgraded my room for the week. The staff was very attentive and provided anything that I needed. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a view of the street, which was nice. There was noise from the street but nothing that earplugs would not fix at night. The breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of items each day with some variations.

From the 1st day there was no internet connection in the room. We have requested again and again to give us the wifi or lan connection in the room but I stayed there for 6 days but I did not get any response from them. I booked this hotel especially for the internet. Then I bought a local sim card with internet and used this simcard as a wifi hotspot for receiving emails. The telephone in the room was out of order for two days and finally one day in the midnight when I went to the toilet there was no water after I finished in the bathroom and it was a great trouble for me. I wanted to inform them but there was no phone connection so I had to go down in the situation to the reception to inform and the water was managed within one and a half hour. I will not chose this hotel further

Hotel is new and good but surroundings are not great. Ok for a business traveller as centrally located.
