Dorsett Wuhan

The hotel was very spacious and the hotel staff went beyond what they had to do in order to help me feel comfortable. A very rare combination for such an affordable price.

Great area but the hotel was just "OK". A/c did not work, window in room had to be repaired. Front desk staff kinda " cool". Location is prime as your surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

Location is hard to reach. Taxi driver dropped me off 2 blocks from the hotel saying the street in front of the hotel was a boulevard for shoppers and walking traffic only. Hotel was clean but somewhat dated. Staff was friendly and restaurant food was good. Comparison of rates to other Wuhan hotels finds this one OVERPRICED for area hotels.

It was average. Nothing impressive, especially for the price I paid. I was expecting more. No wifi in hotel room. Cleanliness and room maintenance was slightly below average.

Although centrally located, which is very convenient, the hotel is old and stinky

stayed 5 nights at the hotel at the deluxe room. it was big and spacious, comes with a small living room with sofa. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the housekeeping aunties were friendly and efficient. nice gesture of giving me a bottle of mineral water as I was about to step out of the room for her to clean the room.

Had a very nice stay here in Wuhan Dorsett Hotel.It has a good location:The Jianghan Pedestrian street...U can take the subway to Xunlimen Station,and when you exit from the station u will find a road which is no car running.just go straight, The hotel provide delicious breakfast,a lot of things to choose.The room is excellent,the bed is amzing! Local people called this hotel as Luxury Hotel in the street.LOL

Despite lack of English the staff were most helpful and made every effort to try and understand whatever request was made. My executive room was comfortable, spacious and adequately equipped. Flat screen tv with bbc Channel. Being vegetarian there was limited choice on the menu but they made every effort to oblige. There was no wifi in the rooms but a cable was provided free of charge for Internet access. This worked intermittently. Wifi was available n the restaurant.
