Dorsett Wuhan

Hotel is located in a busy shopping area that is hard to catch taxis so you'll need to walk a few streets for taxis. Breakfast is okay not a large range of choices. Places around is quite dirty for a shopping area.

It was a quick stay so not a lot to review. Hotel is clean - breakfast is good. Neighborhood is in the midst of a shopping area so lots to walk to it looked like. Service wasn't great - had problems lining up the airport shuttle and changing money.

This hotel is around the corner from the pedestrian shopping mall in the business section of Wuhan. Great neighborhood. The main drawback was a limit on people who speak English but it was fine. i asked the girl at the desk to call down to the restaurant to find the soup of the day. No one understood me the day before. Instead of calling she walked me down and personally saw to what I wanted. Totally unnecessary but over and above customer service. About 40 min from airport and 35 from train.

This was our first visit to Wuhan, and this hotel help made our visit a very pleasant one. The hotel's location is fantastic - very close to all the amenities that made it very convenient for us. The hotel employees, the front desk and the security were all very friendly and helpful. It was really value for money. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Hotel was ok but the room given has no view though they claimed that it's less noisier and warmer. The carpet kinda smells though not horribly bad which I have notified front desk for housekeeping which I don't think they did anything. Breakfast was decent enough.

I had a girls night away at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and friendly staff. I would not call them a bilingual staff, as it always took about 4 staff members to finally u stand what I was asking for. We were not impressed that we ha dot put down a 400 rmb deposit for extra wine glasses, and then at check out, we were asked to bring them back to the restaurant at check out time to get our deposit back. The beds are hard as a rock, along with the chairs and couch. The bathroom was big, the soak in the tub was lovely, but the shower head could use some cleaning.
