"Positive experience"

Good central location, apartments were quite spacious and very clean, nice quality towels and bed linen. On the downside beds were a bit creaky and we could have done with some instructions for cooker, central heating etc. Overall though it was a very good stay and I would certainly book this accommodation again.

We had a wonderful time walking in and out of Edinburgh for drinks, shopping, and dinner! Beautiful city and we felt very safe!!

"Spacious and comfortable"

We were travelling with 2 young children and this apartment was fantastic! They even had a high chair for the baby which helped a lot. Lots of space for kids. Felt very at home and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

"Somewhat Comfortable Accommodation (Not a Hotel)"

The check in was un-attending based on instruction self check-in. If someone do not have telephone access (Mobile Phone Do Not Work). it is inconvenient. It is good to have a phone inside the unit for local and emergency access for out of the country passengers. Also I recommend that they make the check out more flexible. We had to beg for a couple hours extension (10:00AM check-out)

"Great location, close to main attractions"

This is very much a home from home stay, with the convenience of a full kitchen and parking which is very rare in this part of town. There's no reception, just a key box, so if you're happy to arrive and get on with doing your own thing it's ideal.

"Excellent spacious stay on the Royal Mile. "

I stayed here with two friends on a recent trip to Edinburgh and was immediately impressed. The hotel was a bit tricky to find at first however it was a great base location for touring Edinburgh and was very comfortable and well-kept. The only reason I gave the staff less than a 5 star review was that we had to call them from the airport, which was difficult given that we didn't have phone service. When I asked the man that answered the phone for directions from the train station he was unable to give me proper directions. Other than that small nuisance this hotel was the best of our trip. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Edinburgh and would highly recommend to others.
