Royal Mile Accommodation

Great location to shops and sightseeing. Plenty of closet space. Perfect size kitchen. Like the door separating the living room from bedroom area.

The apartment was a lot bigger than expected, so spacious and everything was immaculate!! Loved our time here

Did not realize that the office would not be open when we arrived around 7 at night. Had to run to the local Starbucks and borrow their phone so I could call the management company to get the combination code to the lock box. (I guess the management company had emailed me at 2pm on the day we were arriving to check in with me- but I did not have service- and they didn't provide the lock box code in the email- A little late on their half.) After running up to the apartment to get the parking pass and gate pass, we couldn't access the elevator from the garage (no one had provided us with a code) so we had to lug our bags up and around on the street to the building. However, overall great size apartment-very comfortable and clean.

Great value. Close to everything. Very quiet too. Really nothing bad to say!

This apartment is located right on the Royal mile. All the main tourist attractions are just a pleasant short walk away. We have three older children and stayed comfortably.

We had a great experience at Royal Mile Accommodation. We found it was situated in an ideal location. It was clean and well supplied. Everything was quite comfortable -- a home away from home. We will definitely stay there again.

I would say the apartment itself is very great. It is so large and very comfortable. Walking to royal mile and city center is just 10mins which is accepted. But there is one thing that is disappointing. If you check in later than 5pm, it would be a disaster. Unlike the others, this apartment required you to send email to them forehand to tell them if you check in later than 5pm and they will tell you how to get the keys. The point is when you book this apartment from hotels.com or any agency website you would not know this and it was stated in just some very tiny words. Therefore, if you are going to stay there remember to check the time and send email unless you want to spend 30mins waiting for the stuff to teach you.

It was fine but the apartment was a little tired. Considering it was such a short stay I should have spent a little more so I felt better about the place afterwards. It was clean though and the people who manage it were very professional, so I guess if it's for two couples then it's good value.

Really close to all the things people go to edinburgh to see.

This was a fantastic place to stay & a massive apartment very close to the Royal Mile, only let down by a couple of things. On arrival we found one of the bathrooms had dozens of long black hairs all over the floor. It seemed to be quite clean apart from that although it could do with a bit of a makeover, as some things were looking a bit tired (cracked tiles etc). It was much larger than we expected with two bedrooms with a 6 foot bed in each and both having their own on-suite as well as another bathroom with bath. Also a very large living area with a bed settee if needed and it's own wifi connection. There was all the kitchen equipment you could need even if you were staying for a while. The only other thing that let it down was there was no sort of reception, as you use self check-in, and as you have to be checked out by 10am, you have nowhere to store your luggage if you need to for the rest of the day. I would also recommend taking some earplugs with you as the trains run very close and only stop between midnight and 4am. On the whole I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it was in a great location and good value for money!
