Royal Mile Accommodation

It was cheaper to stay in this two bedroom apt than it was to stay in a hotel. The location is good, close to the station and Royal Mile. Access instructions were clear and apt was in a good condition and well equipped. Well worth it.

I stayed for one night, had an early morning meeting near Waverley Train station. The apartments are very well located, well presented and fully equipped (full kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities, towels, a parking space, wifi, etc). It is also 5 minutes walk from the train station and the Royal Mile. I will definitely be using this for business meetings again and would also use it for personal travel should i need to stay in Edinburgh for a few days.

A great place to stay once you actually find it. More than enough room for the four of us and right off the Royal Mile close to everything in one of the best cities we have ever visited. The showers would have drained better, TV didn't work and couldn't turn the heat downing one of the 3 bathrooms.

Following thing are NOT mentioned by Expedia or Apartment notice email. 1. They don't provide daily room clean service. 2. therefore, they left 2 toilet paper roll in the beginning is problematic. 3. Neither Expedia nor hotel itself didn't mention customer should prepare toilet paper by themselves. 4. They should not treat short-term renting customer as long-term resident.

Very good accommodations at the bottom of th royal mile (24 old tollbooth wind was out 3 BR apartment). Quiet little street off the mile, extremely convenient. Apartment was very spacious, albeit a bit dated with some minor maintenance that should be attended to. Check in worked out fine, even allowed us in early as the apartment was vacant the night before us. Only hitch was that they texted the self check in information to the phone number on the reservation, whic was a land line. Reached them. On the second call and they gave us the information over the phone, otherwise perfect, very nice apartment that would be even better if we could have stayed longer and taken better advantage of the kitchen, etc. free parking even a better bonus for those with a car. All in all highly recommended!

Quiet apartment just off Royal Mile close to Waverley station

The apartments are close to everything but parking isn't clearly signed and the parking company will still give you a ticket even if a valid parking permit is displayed.

Large, comfortable apartments. Within walking distance to all Edinburgh has to offer. Met our needs perfectly.

Fantastic location and the added plus of parking. I'll stay here again.

Staff was rude when asked about dryer. This was the point of picking this property. Maintenance came and gave us a rack out of the closet. Clothes were stiff. Spent part of vacation in laundry. Staff stated that Expedia was at fault for a mistake in advertising. We feel we deserve a discount, due to the fact we rented an apartment for the washer/dryer purpose. Very unhappy. Beds were very hard and crunchy. Hair behind doors and in bathroom. Dirty pan in oven. Person up stairs played loud music till early morning and stomped around late at night. You can hear everything loudly, construction next door. Started at 7am each morning.
