Definitely an older place.

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Quiet room that I asked for. I had the hot tub and water slide to myself:)

Overall our experience was good. It was a pit stop for us for our travel back to Alberta from Saskatoon. The staff were very friendly, hallways and common spaces were clean. The pool area was well kept, had an attendant and was stocked with towels. We were unable to bring our coffee in take out cups to the pool area which sucked but understandable as I'm sure people would bring cups with booze. Room was clean and spacious but a bit dated. Large beautiful tub but it was peeling...still had a nice soak though. I had done a fair bit of shopping over the holidays so upon check in discovered my card was full. Note they will not check you in even if you offer to make a $1000 deposit. Luckily my brother was able to look after this and after a quick e-transfer to him we were all set. There is a Schmitty's restaurant with very nice staff and a pub, which we didn't go to but looked clean and friendly. All in all a good stay. We would look at staying again. Kids had a great time with pool/ waterslide.

Duvet had blood stains, I told cleaning lady and she told front desk I was lying. I took pics. Also have a pic of bug that was on bed. Manager very unprofessional. Asked me not to stay there ever again. I want my money back!

Poor customer service.

It was clean.

Not self control of room temperature there was centipede bugs in bathroom bathtub looked like it hasnt bin cleaning for a long time it had the pink mold on silicon

Easy to park unit, just off highway, friendly staff , hot tub, that was way too heavy on chlorine, awesome water slide, has restaurant and lunge

Tropical Inn was good value for our quick stay.
