Got there and they wouldn’t allow me to check in. Just a waste of my money

The room was very hot at night 25 degrees could not get the room to cool off vey difficult to sleep

Property is a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a bar in the hotel so there was issues with that. Couldn’t hear the bar or music but there were drunk people screaming and crying in the hallway until the wee hours. Not the fault of the hotel but it was an issue. Overall a good stay and I will be using it again.

Nice place, have stayed here before

Pool/hot tub area closed, entire reason I booked this hotel with no advance notice or discount. Staff were “short” with customer upon check in. Noisy atmosphere, poor signage for room numbers.

The better of the hotels to stay in the area

It was ok! Nothing fancy but was sufficient, sadly the hot tub was not working.

Hotel was fully booked for the rodeo in town, and like us, many families selected this hotel for the use of the pool, slide and hot tub. The pool was too cold for the kids to use, and the hot tub was empty. When we inquired we were told the pump was broken and they were too busy to look at it.. although the pool is the main reason they’re busy. My MIL was given $10 off her stay although we didn’t receive anything off ours. The walls are filthy, staff isn’t cleaning walls behind garbage bins or beside beds. The window is unsafe for small children as it is floor level and opens. We also could not seem to regulate room temps. Our room was very hot with the heat off and my parents room was freezing despite the heat on. The furniture is old and needs replaced, the leather on our chair was destroyed. Won’t book here next year.

Lots of noise from ventilation

It was ok as a stopover on a longer trip. Bed was comfortable.
