Jeden Abend übertrieben laute Musik bis mindestens 23-24 Uhr, Ausblick auf ein unschönes Dach+Innenhof von einem Steak Restaurant mit Hüpfburg die lautstark läuft und dauerhafter Fett Geruch.

We are staying here as a family (2 adults and a 6-year-old) for 7 nights on half board. Positive sides: the staff are really kind and always respond quickly. Food is generally tasty, not every day perfect, but the variety is good. Drinks are included with breakfast and dinner, which is a plus. Free sunbeds by the pool, a decent gym, a proper fridge in the room, and the beach is just a short walk away. But there are some downsides: there is no soundproofing at all. Every evening until 11 p.m. there is loud music and shows outside, and it’s impossible for our child to sleep at his usual time (9 p.m.). The curtains are not blackout, and the door lets corridor light into the room. The safe is extra charge. Dinner only starts at 6:30 p.m., which feels late for us. In the bathroom there is no hair conditioner or body lotion. Also no kettle or cup, spoon in the room. We’ve stayed at other hotels in Mallorca, and honestly, because of the noise late in the evening, we wouldn’t choose this one again.

Travelled with 2 children under the age of 6. Great location near the beach, all the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The children entertainers were amazing and made the children feel special. The food was great, lots of choice and the kids were happy. Room was small but didn't need anything else, everything was clean. Would highly recommend

Good food selection, clean rooms, the staff are friendly, good location for the beach and shops. We recommend the hotel for people looking for a quiet holiday.

Staff very helpfull, good cleaness, great variety off food, poor beberage (all inclusive) great location. Pretty hood experience overall.

Very unclean hotel, very overpriced for the all inclusive package as food in the buffet was really low quality, oily, smelly, bad taste. Rooms had ants, room service only tidied the bed everyday and changed towels. Alcohol is bad in the bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Aluasun Continental. The hotel, rooms and all public areas were really clean. Food is as you would expect from a buffet style restaurant, but there was plenty of choice. The hotel is well located, slightly off the main road but less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are all incredibly hard working and friendly. Special mention goes to the entertainment team, especially to Daha who is super friendly and full of energy. He encourages you to get involved without being overbearing, is great with kids, knows everyone's names and has amazing language skills!
