Great food, good location

TV wasn't working. Bedframe was not stable.

Good location, rooms and beds all good. Food bit samey but always found something. Been to the Boccaccio a few times and overall prefer the Continental

Just awful, area outside our room was not cleaned all week. The receptionist argued with us as our room was not made-up and told us we'd have to wait until the next day as we'd left a do not disturb on our door. When she couldn't answer why we'd received new towels with a do not disturb sign on our door she finally believed us that no such sign was left on our door! Just didn't need an argument on a holiday. The bar areas are filthy, no paper coasters for drinks so tables are constantly wet. Didn't see anyone wiping down or cleaning the tables. Majority of staff excluding the animation team appear miserable. Whenever I selected chicken or pork from the buffet restaurant, undercooked and raw in the middle. First 4 star hotel I've visited that serves wine in cheap tumblers during mealtimes. Another first was leftover Brussel Sprouts for breakfast. Will not be returning.

A great hotel in a prime location close to the wonderful Playa del Muro beach. The staff are very friendly and are generally great, and the rooms and hotel are real 4 star. The entertainment is very good also. The only let down is the food, the food is not bad, just very average all inclusive standard, I would say 3 star standard food. Don't go there looking for a great food experience. The all inclusive drinks are quite limited the quality of the beer and wine is good. That said the food is OK and we always found something good to eat, it's just you have to really look for the good things as the quality is very mixed and a bit repetitive.

Hotel lovely and clean all the staff were helpful, great location for the beach, which we preferred to the pool. The Accommodation was clean and comfortable, i did miss having a kettle in the room but overall was a great place to stay

The breakfast and dinner had a lot of options, but the cleaning was not good. The floor was not cleaned every day and the bathroom as well.

We really loved this hotel. Cozy clean rooms, amazing food, great pool area and also nice animation program during the day and evening.

Qualitat/preu. Begudes irreconeixibles i de qualitat pésima, àpats sense gust! Pa de mala qualitat, descongelats o xiclosos.
