AluaSun Continental Park Hotel & Apartments

I visited AluaSun Hotel with my husband. We're both around 25 years old so we really wanted to relax, drink and party a little. The hotel had different activities at night, that really helped us fullfill our wishes. Even though the location is quite slow and quite. The food was the best all inclusive we had ever been in. Everyday the food was different, delicious and the chefs really made sure dinners were in different food genre. We really recommend this hotel to anyone!

The location is quite good and they offer so many activities in the evening. Staff were super friendly and helpful with everything.

We had booked a room with one full bed (assuming that meant a double), but ended up with two twin beds instead, not ideal for a couple. We didn’t make a fuss since we noticed it too late, so that’s on us. The mattresses during the first two nights were way too soft, to the point of being uncomfortable, but once we raised the issue, the staff replaced them immediately, which we appreciated. Breakfast was okay. The coffee and juices from the machines were particularly bad, unfortunately. We also had a frustrating moment when returning our rental car (through the company the hotel partners with). We couldn’t find a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel as instructed, so we asked if we could leave the car in the hotel’s own parking lot for just a short while (less than two hours) until the rental company picked it up. Even though the lot was almost empty, they still insisted we pay the parking fee. Considering how much we paid for the stay, it felt unreasonable and petty. That said, the staff themselves were very friendly and helpful throughout. However, we couldn’t help but notice they seemed overworked, we saw the same people covering both afternoon/night and morning shifts in the next day. They truly do their best, but it’s clear the hotel management could treat both staff.

A localização foi um ponto muito alto nesta nossa viagem, o hotel fica perto de uma praia linda. O hotel em sí era muito agradável. As refeições eram muito boas com muita variedade. Os funcionários simpáticos, principalmente os da Recepção muito prestáveis. Se voltarmos a Alcúdia voltaremos com certeza a este Hotel.

O sofá cama nao era nada confortável para as nossas duas crianças. A Limpeza do duche poderia ser melhor, logo no dia que chegamos reparamos nisso. Ouvia-se muito barulho da estrada á noite, e mesmo da animação que oferece o hotel.
